All products are made to order, ensuring each item is created specifically for you. Because of the custom nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges.

Full payment is required at the time of purchase, and orders will not be accepted or processed until payment has been received in full.

Please review all product details carefully before placing your order. By completing your purchase, you acknowledge and agree to these terms.

Processing & Turnaround Time

All orders require 2–3 business days for processing before production begins. Once processed, please allow 1–2 weeks for turnaround time as each item is carefully prepared and completed.

Please be mindful that if you are submitting a color leotard that will need to be outsourced, turnaround times can increase.

Payment Method

We currently only accept PayPal as our secure payment method. Orders will only be processed after payment has been successfully received.
